18”w x 12”d x 38.5”h
Working with local woods from her home in Costa Rica, Gabriela Valenzuela-Hirsch feels a powerful connection to the material. She creates a visual language described as deciphering between "things in themselves and things as they appear". Gabriela's work is inspired by the tensions found in nature. Masculine and feminine energies, tranquility and chaos come together in beautiful balance in her solid laurel wood sculptures.
